Qualifications

• Knowledge of dyslexia, structured literacy, and the Science of Reading.
• Ability to administer, score, and interpret standardized assessments with fidelity.
• Familiarity with Arkansas dyslexia screening requirements and DESE guidance.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to travel between campuses.

Responsibilities

• Administer Level II dyslexia screening assessments per DESE requirements and district procedures.
• Score, interpret, and report screening results with clear recommendations.
• Coordinate schedules and maintain screening records and documentation.
• Provide instructional recommendations and professional learning related to dyslexia.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to inform instruction.
• Support the Director of Special Programs with districtwide dyslexia initiatives.
