Groupe Dynamite is seeking a Sales Team Lead to promote a positive shopping experience and lead a high-performing team, driving operational efficiency and personal customer service excellence.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will coach staff, build lasting customer relationships, and contribute to the store's overall success in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year of experience as a team lead, preferably in a retail environment.
• 2 years of retail experience is an asset.
• Has passion for fashion.
• Customer-oriented with strong problem solving skills and decision-making abilities.
• Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention and service.
• Social Media Skills, knowledge of Mobile Devices Skills and Computer skills are an asset.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as per business needs.
