Job description

GovCIO is seeking a Dynamics 365 Developer/Development Lead to manage our FCMT Sustainment and Development Team. This is a full-time, remote position.

Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of developers and testers in a supervisory role.
2. Become SME for FCMT application, providing expertise and system knowledge.
3. Design and code applications following specifications using Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, App Services, ASP.Net Web services, and PowerApps.
4. Guide the team towards successful project delivery and provide leadership through coaching and mentorship.
5. Maintain high standards of excellence, establish good practices, and assist in requirements gathering, documentation, and system integration.
6. Participate in code reviews and sprint reviews, and coordinate with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience or equivalent.
• Expertise in developing and maintaining applications in Dynamics 365.
• Experience supervising development teams, with knowledge of Agile and Scrum.
• Proficiency with Azure, version control, and project management tools (Jira, Confluence, GitHub, Teams).
• Ability to work independently and remotely, and US citizenship or work authorization.
• Clearance: Suitability/Public Trust.

Preferred Skills and Experience

• Experience with VA or Federal Agencies.
• Knowledge of VA VIP project management methodology.
• Experience with Power BI.

Additional Information
