The role includes workflow and report design, collaboration with business users, and ongoing CRM optimization.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of Dynamics CRM experience, Power Apps knowledge, strong communication and a detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

2+ years of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Administrator/Developer experience.
Knowledge of Power Apps or ability to learn other Microsoft Dynamics 365 languages.
Strong communication with business users and technical teams.
Understanding of banking operations and Agile methodology.
Experience with Jira and software development processes.

Responsibilities

Coordinate user and license management including roles, profiles and permissions.
Configure Dynamics CRM with workflows, fields, layouts, records, dashboards and reports.
Communicate requirements with business users to understand processes.
Design, develop and maintain Dynamics CRM architecture for internal users.
Troubleshoot issues and propose effective solutions.
Research the latest Dynamics CRM technologies.
Assess productivity gains and ROI from CRM initiatives.
Prepare system documentation per CRM processes.
Support project deadlines and methodologies.
Collaborate with QA to review results and issues.
Perform other duties as required.
