Job summary

A-Line Staffing Solutions is seeking a Programmer Analyst in Lansing, MI for hybrid on-site work. You will drive Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations, lead project tasks, gather requirements, and coordinate design, testing, and deployment while ensuring documentation and maintenance of the solution.

The role requires strong architecture and CI/CD expertise, plus Azure knowledge and customer-facing analytical skills.

Qualifications

5+ years of Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
5+ years of technical customer service analytics.
5+ years of Power Automate and Power Pages experience.
5+ years of Microsoft Azure platform experience, incl. Azure DevOps.
5+ years of Infrastructure/Network and Application Support experience.
3+ years of Architect-level experience including data architecture.
Experience designing and documenting multi-platform architecture with integration and authentication.
Strong CI/CD and Release Management experience for Dynamics 365 tech.
Identify risks/issues from a technical perspective.
Experience with Azure Communications and APIs.
Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation.
Ability to present oral and written reports clearly.
Experience with requirements gathering from customers.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues under pressure.
Ability to communicate technical terms to varied audiences.
Ability to create highly complex assignments in a high-stress environment.
Bachelor’s degree and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities

Lead project tasks and team efforts for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
Gather requirements, plan, analyze, design, test, implement and maintain Dynamics 365/Power Platform solutions.
