Job summary

Gov Services Hub is seeking a Programmer Analyst 6 - Dynamics 365 Systems Architect to design, develop, and enhance Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions for Michigan state agencies. The role requires leading architect-level tasks, detailed design, testing, and deployment across multiple platforms with a strong emphasis on integration and security.

The position is hybrid with on-site work from day one (Mon/Tues) in Lansing, MI, and local candidates within 100 miles are preferred.

Qualifications

5+ years with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations
Architect experience 3+ years
Power Platform solutions incl. Power Automate and Power Pages 5+ years
Microsoft Azure platform experience
Azure DevOps 5+ years
Data Architecture 3+ years
Infrastructure/Network and Application Support 5+ years
Design and document multi-platform technical architectures with integration/authentication
CICD/Release management for Dynamics 365 tech
Identify risks/issues from technical perspective
Azure Communications
APIs
Ability to prepare detailed written instructions and documentation
Ability to communicate technical info clearly

Responsibilities

Provide advanced technical support for Dynamics 365 platforms
Lead project tasks including requirements gathering, planning, design, testing, and deployment
Develop and maintain Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations
Collaborate across teams to ensure integration and authentication across systems
Create and maintain detailed documentation and architecture diagrams
