Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Dynamics 365 Systems Analyst/Architect in the Greater Pittsburgh area. The role focuses on administering Dynamics 365, configuring workflows, and delivering reporting, testing, and training to stakeholders across the organization.

The candidate will collaborate on ERP modules, data integration, and ongoing platform improvements while participating in broader IT initiatives and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience developing/modifying custom reports using Management Reporter, BI Cubes, SQL Server Report Builder, or similar tools.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics Workflow.
• Working knowledge of relational databases and data integration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting ERP modules (GL, AP, AR) in platforms such as Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, Oracle, or SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 including user accounts, security roles, and configurations.
• Ensure reliability, security, performance, and health of the Dynamics 365 environment with monitoring.
• Coordinate testing activities: test plans, cases, and environments; execute user and system testing.
• Investigate issues, perform root-cause analysis, and resolve incidents.
• Configure/workflows, dashboards, reports, and data fields based on business needs.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and platform utilization.
• Build and maintain workflows and plugins within Dynamics 365.
• Create user-facing documentation and training materials.
• Respond to support requests and resolve issues across enterprise applications.
• Provide system instruction and training for users and groups.
• Manage multiple projects and priorities; adjust for urgent issues.
• Document configuration procedures, policies, and processes.
• Stay current on Dynamics 365 capabilities and recommend enhancements.
• Support ERP modules across GL, AP, AR, Inventory, and related areas.
• Participate in IT initiatives including deployments and end-user support.
