Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computing or related field.
• 3+ years of software quality assurance/testing experience.
• Experience testing enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of D365 Finance & Operations required.
• Experience regression test planning and execution.
• Solid SDLC and Agile understanding.
• SQL data validation and testing experience.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain regression testing suites for D365FO.
• Create and execute test plans, cases, and scripts for multiple business areas.
• Develop automated testing assets using RSAT and other tools.
• Validate configurations, customizations, integrations, and upgrades.
• Track, retest defects through resolution; report status.
• Collaborate with developers and business teams to ensure quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and release validation.
• Contribute to test automation and quality process improvements.
• Develop testing documentation and best practices.
• Support root cause analysis for production issues.
