Job summary

R2 Global is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Project Operations Solution Architect to design, implement, and optimize Dynamics 365 Project Operations, CE, and Power Platform solutions for enterprise clients.

The role is client-facing and remote, with occasional travel. You will lead architecture, drive best-practice designs, and collaborate with Microsoft technologies to deliver transformational business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience as a Dynamics 365 Project Operations Consultant, Senior Consultant, Functional Lead, or Solution Architect.
• Strong hands-on expertise with: Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps.
• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and SME for Dynamics 365 Project Operations and Power Platform.
• Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation for Project Operations and Dynamics 365 CE environments.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate into scalable, best-practice designs.
• Facilitate discovery workshops, assessments, and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Design and optimize project management, resource management, time and expense tracking, forecasting, project accounting, and billing processes.
• Develop solution architecture documentation, functional designs, and implementation roadmaps.
• Configure and customize Dynamics 365 and Power Platform to meet business needs.
• Support integrations, data migrations, and application modernization initiatives.
• Collaborate with technical teams on custom development and Azure services.
• Provide leadership during implementations, testing, deployment, and adoption.
• Conduct solution reviews and ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices.
• Support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations and proposals.
• Deliver user training and knowledge transfer sessions.

Senior Dynamics 365 Project Operations Solution Architect

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Project Operations Solution Architect to join our growing Microsoft Business Applications practice. This is a client-facing consulting role focused on designing, implementing, and optimizing Dynamics 365 Project Operations, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Power Platform, and related Microsoft technologies.

The successful candidate will work closely with customers to understand business requirements, architect scalable solutions, lead implementation efforts, and deliver transformational business outcomes. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex enterprise projects while collaborating with a team of experienced Microsoft professionals.

Location: Remote (USA or Canada)

Travel: Occasional customer travel as required

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for Dynamics 365 Project Operations and the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Lead solution architecture, design, and implementation activities for Project Operations and Dynamics 365 CE environments.

• Support pre-sales activities, including demonstrations, solution presentations, effort estimation, and proposal development.
• Deliver user training, knowledge transfer sessions, and ongoing client support when required.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and digital transformation across customer environments.

Required

• 5+ years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 Project Operations Consultant, Senior Consultant, Functional Lead, or Solution Architect.

• Previous consulting, professional services, or Microsoft Partner experience.
