Job summary

Crowe is seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance Senior Functional Consultant to design, configure, and implement ERP solutions for manufacturing clients. You will guide clients through requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.

As a trusted advisor, you will lead workshops, mentor junior consultants, and collaborate with developers, analysts, and project managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of Dynamics 365 Finance implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of general ledger, AP/AR, and credit/collections.
• Experience with fixed assets, cost management, and cost accounting.
• Experience supporting integrations, data conversions, and system customizations.
• Strong understanding of month-end close, cash application, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience leading client workshops and managing stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Configure and implement D365 Finance modules including general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, credit and collections, cash and bank management, fixed assets, and cost management.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support.
• Develop and execute test plans, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
• Validate customizations and data conversions with technical teams; create functional documentation and training materials.
• Lead client workshops and training sessions; mentor junior consultants; identify opportunities for account growth.
