Job summary

Smart IT Frame LLC is seeking a Dynamics 365 F&O functional/support specialist in Bellevue, WA. The role focuses on hands-on F&O support across GL, AP/AR, cash management, fixed assets, and financial reporting.

Qualified candidates will work on project accounting, expense reports, timesheets, number sequences, localization, security roles, and configuration tasks. A strong analytical mindset and excellent communication are essential; willingness to rotate weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O in functional/support roles.
• Strong knowledge of GL, AP/AR, cash management, fixed assets, and financial reporting.
• Experience with project accounting, expense reports, timesheets, number sequences, and localization.
• Ability to troubleshoot finance configurations, postings, workflows, and production incidents.
• Knowledge of security roles, configuration, and period-end close processes.
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Platform, dual-write, and data entities is a plus.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and customer communication skills.
