Job summary

Deloitte is seeking a Manager for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations practice to design scalable, maintainable solutions by combining business and technical expertise. You will lead a Deloitte delivery team, translate client needs into blueprints, and drive successful implementations across global teams.

You will collaborate with CFOs and CIOs to ensure fit-for-purpose outcomes, manage delivery risk, and contribute to pre-sales activities, while staying current with Dynamics 365 capabilities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of consulting experience in a professional services environment.
• 5+ years of MS Dynamics 365 F&O experience as a functional lead.
• 5+ full-life cycle implementations in F&O.
• Experience in business requirement documentation & design documentation.
• Experienced in preparing and leading workshops with key stakeholders.
• Client development and sales experience (producing RFPs and SOWs, presenting at client orals).
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Deloitte professionals to design and deliver solutions based on the Dynamics 365 platform for your clients.
• Work with your clients to understand their business requirements and work with both functional and technical consultants to design solutions that address these requirements.
• Provide leadership to the delivery team through the implementation.
• Collaborate with other experts both within and external to Deloitte.
• Support qualifying and pre-sales activities.
• Maintain a high level of expertise and current knowledge of all features of the Dynamics 365 platform.
• Work with near shore and offshore delivery centers within the Deloitte network.
