Deloitte is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics365 F&O Senior Manager to help lead and transform ERP initiatives across multiple industries. The role focuses on engagement planning, budgeting, and delivering high-quality work while guiding teams and maintaining executive stakeholder alignment.

You will drive business development and contribute to thought leadership within the practice. Qualified candidates bring 10+ years in consulting, 8+ years in F&O ERP, and hands-on leadership of MS D365 F&O

Qualifications

10+ years of consulting or industry experience.
8+ years of F&O ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of MS D365 F&O ERP.
4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams.
4+ years of experience in generating new client business.
A minimum of 6 full life cycle MS D365 F&O or comparable ERP implementations from planning to go-live.
Bachelor's degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing MS D365 F&O.
Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.

Responsibilities

Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement risk.
Client Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsors.
Business Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategies.
Practice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop thoughtware and point-of-view documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicals.
People Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance in the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices.
