Job summary

Crowe and its Public Sector ERP team are hiring a Dynamics 365 ERP Technical Consultant/Developer to design, develop, and maintain custom extensions, solutions, and integrations with external systems for public sector clients.

You will work with functional consultants, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions and high-quality code, leveraging AI capabilities and modern DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS, engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycles.
• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues.
• Detail-oriented with solid critical thinking and communication skills.
• Demonstrates curiosity and persistence in solving problems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test custom software for Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and integrations to other systems, using X++, C#, AI-assisted coding, and Power Platform.
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Incorporate AI into daily work and prepare technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to align with business requirements.
• Support client testing and deployment preparation.
