• Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical code errors, data issues, or performance issues.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with solid critical thinking, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Demonstrates curiosity and persistence in solving problems independently.
• Exercises sound judgment in seeking assistance when needed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and test custom software for the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP solution, and integrations to other systems.
• Using relevant technologies: X++ C# / object-oriented programming AI-Assisted Coding (Codex, Claude Code, etc.) Power Platform / Dataverse Power BI SQL Azure DevOps Git,
• Debug and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Incorporate AI into your daily work.
• Prepare technical documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to ensure alignment with business requirements.
• Support client testing and deployment preparation.
