Job summary

MX Holdings is seeking an ERP Application Developer to join our manufacturing IT team across St. Louis, MO, Leetonia, OH, or Wellsville, PA.

You will develop and support Microsoft D365 finance and supply chain extensions using X++, working closely with users, IT, and leadership to deploy reliable solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on D365 and X++ development experience, extension-based development, and a solid grasp of build/deploy processes and production support.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 and X++ development.
• Experience with extension-based development and patterns.
• Familiarity with build, release, and deployment processes.
• Strong collaboration with IT, business users, and leadership.
• Experience maintaining D365 customizations and extensions.
• Production support and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains, troubleshoots, and supports D365 customizations and extensions using X++.
• Designs and implements D365 extensions using supported patterns and integrations.
• Supports the full SDLC from requirements to deployment and continuous improvement.
• Manages D365 build, release, deployment, and environment management activities.
• Collaborates with business users to understand manufacturing, finance, supply chain processes.
• Translates requirements into stable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Troubleshoots production issues and implements durable fixes.
• Maintains existing D365 customizations and extensions.
