Job summary

Skywalk Global in the United States is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer with deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform (Dynamics 365, PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse). The ideal candidate will design, customize, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions aligned with business needs.

You will gather requirements, perform fit-gap analyses, and work with IT and business units to implement robust solutions, troubleshoot issues, and document designs.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.
• Aid in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Microsoft Power Platform solutions.
• Strong experience with troubleshooting and remediation of Dynamics 365 issues; documents solutions and works with system administrators and other IT resources to implement fixes.
• Adhere to best practices when implementing business solutions and define/refine a governance approach for the platform’s use.
• Develop and disseminate documentation on platform usage, requirements, recommendations, and technical analysis.
• Be able to work from home and still provide expected level of support.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrated experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, development, deployment, and usage.
• Aid in requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, design, configuration, implementation, testing, and support of Power Platform solutions.
• Assist customers in discerning between Dynamics 365/PowerApps/Power Automate and other offerings when gathering requirements; identify efficient solutions and recommend alternatives.
• Contribute to improving processes and policies within the Business Enablement Services program.
• Serve as liaison between IT and business units; act as a point of contact for issue logging, tracking, and resolution.
