Job summary

BrickRed Systems LLC is seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Support Engineer to provide hands-on support for Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and model-driven Power Apps in a production environment. You will troubleshoot issues in Sales and Customer Service modules, manage incidents, and coordinate with engineering for remediation.

The role emphasizes incident management, root cause analysis, and clear communication with customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Dynamics 365 CE support and troubleshooting.
• Experience with Dataverse and model-driven Power Apps.
• Strong incident management and SLA adherence.
• Configure, customize and troubleshoot model-driven apps.
• Experience integrating with Power BI, SharePoint, Exchange.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and application-level support for Dynamics 365 CE, primarily Sales and Customer Service.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues in customer and production environments.
• Configure, customize, and troubleshoot model-driven Power Apps including forms and dashboards.
• Analyze incidents, identify root causes, implement fixes or workarounds, ensure timely resolution.
• Support Dataverse data troubleshooting, configuration, and behavior.
• Assist with environment configuration and deployment activities.
• Develop and troubleshoot automated business processes with Power Automate.
• Investigate integration issues involving Power BI, SharePoint, Exchange, and other services.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and coordinate with engineering for resolutions.
• Support user access, security roles, and permissions in Dynamics 365.
• Communicate findings with customers and provide resolution updates.
• Manage tickets, prioritize incidents, and follow escalation procedures.
• Document troubleshooting procedures and known issues.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend preventive measures.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing and process improvements.
