Accenture Flex seeks a Dynamics 365 Customer Engineer with a strong background in performance engineering and scalability testing. You will partner with enterprise customers to assess solution health, analyze bottlenecks, and lead benchmark/load testing with remediation plans.

Qualifications

Minimum five years designing performance and scalability assessments for D365 CE and Dataverse.
Experience with workload modeling, load testing, telemetry analysis and remediation recommendations.
Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Platform and related admin center tools.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor on D365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform performance best practices.
Design and execute scalability, load, and benchmark tests against business workloads.
Analyze telemetry and logs to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Develop remediation plans aligned with customer objectives and timelines.
