Job summary

Accenture Flex seeks a Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Engineer with strong performance engineering and scalability testing expertise. You will partner with enterprise customers to assess health, analyze bottlenecks, conduct load tests, and develop remediation plans to ensure reliable, scalable Dynamics 365 solutions.

The role requires deep knowledge of D365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform, plus hands-on development and data integration experience.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience designing and delivering performance and scalability assessments for Dynamics 365 CE and Dataverse, including workload modeling, automated test development, load execution, telemetry correlation, root cause analysis, and remediation recommendations.
Up to date product knowledge in Dynamics 365 CE modules including Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Power Platform components.
Hands-on development and data integration across Dynamics 365 CE including client-side scripting (TypeScript/JavaScript) and Dataverse plugins in C#.
High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

Serve as a trusted advisor on Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, and Power Platform performance engineering best practices.
Analyze platform telemetry and performance data to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
Design and execute scalability, load, and benchmark testing to validate system performance against business workloads.
Troubleshoot performance issues related to customizations, plugins, flows, and large data volumes.
Create remediation and optimization plans aligned with customer goals.
