Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to lead the design and delivery of Dynamics 365 CE solutions for U.S. federal clients. You will translate complex business needs into actionable technical requirements and build scalable data models within Dataverse.

You will work across Power Platform tools, custom code, and Azure integrations to create secure, scalable, user-centric business applications with long-term maintainability. A Secret Clearance is required.

Qualifications

Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE).
Strong experience with C#.NET for plugin and backend development.
Solid understanding of MS Dataverse architecture.
Experience building automated workflows with Power Automate.
Familiarity with KingswaySoft / SSIS for integrations.
Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Must have a Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead solution architecture and development for Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
Facilitate technical requirement strategy sessions to derive technical specifications.
Design scalable Dataverse data models mapping business processes to platform capabilities.
Evaluate configuration versus custom development for maintainability and performance.
Manage full solution lifecycle including deployments and version control.
Implement and maintain Dynamics 365 security models for data integrity.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using Azure Functions, Service Bus, and SSIS/KingswaySoft.
Develop and support SSRS reports for operational and analytical needs.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business strategies and scalability.
