This position offers a pay rate of $30–$50 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting processes within an ERP system.
• Ability to quickly adapt in a fast-paced, post-implementation environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on accounting support using Microsoft Dynamics Business Central.
• Process and manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and customer invoicing.
• Support inventory accounting, including reconciliation and transaction review.
• Assist with purchasing and order-related accounting activities.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate financial data flow.
• Identify process gaps and recommend workflow improvements.
• Support ad hoc accounting and operational projects as needed.
