Job summary

A leading community organization seeks a Sports Instructor in Palatine, Illinois. You will provide leadership to various age groups, planning and supervising sports programs. Ideal candidates are at least 16 years old with prior sports experience and a passion for fostering fun, safe environments. This position offers a pay of $16.60 per hour and numerous benefits including health insurance and flexible work hours.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Comfortable working with multiple age groups.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement sports programs per YMCA goals.
• Teach fundamentals of sports to appropriate groups.
• Supervise youth/adults to ensure safety and positive experience.
• Maintain positive communication with parents/guardians.
• Provide guidance to staff and volunteers.
