Job summary

The City of Green River seeks part-time Operations Assistants to support GRASP activities within the After School Programs. You will help prepare equipment, supervise youth activities, and provide friendly information to the public. CPR and First Aid certifications are required, and you must be 15 years or older.

Transportation to the site is expected. These roles report to the Recreation Programs Supervisor and do not involve supervising other staff, but may supervise participants in group

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Must be 15 years of age or older.
• Ability to supervise participants in group activities.
• Ability to provide own transportation to and from work site.

Responsibilities

• Perform equipment/facility setup and post activity cleanup.
• Coordinate/oversee youth recreation activities.
• Interact with patrons, parents and staff in a friendly, professional manner.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
