KidStrong Boise is growing and seeking energetic coaches to work with children aged 12 months to 11 years, delivering brain, physical, and character development through our monthly curriculum. You’ll coach classes, keep pace with schedule, greet families, and maintain a fun, safe environment.

Responsibilities include leading classes of 6–15 kids, using the KS Coach’s App to track attendance and awards, and attending trainings.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is required or preferred.
• Experience coaching children within KidStrong age range is valued.
• Ability to explain the curriculum to parents clearly.
• Energetic, motivational coaching style with kids.

Responsabilités

• Coach classes of 6–15 children aged roughly 12 months to 11 years.
• Teach the KidStrong curriculum as provided by HQ.
• Greet students and parents at start of class and maintain a positive demeanor.
• Record class data and attendance in the KS Coach’s App for parents.
• Attend required staff trainings and meetings.
• Prepare center for each class by ensuring cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with special classes when available.
