Job summary

KidStrong is seeking energetic coaches to join our growing team in the DFW area. You will lead classes for children aged 15 months to 8 years, engaging with parents about our brain, physical, and character development curriculum.

Weekday mid-morning and evening sessions, plus weekend shifts starting at 8 AM; there is opportunity to increase hours with private coaching. CPR certification and strong communication with families are required.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching students within the appropriate KidStrong age.
• Experience talking to and educating parents on our curriculum.
• Intermediate knowledge of physiology, exercise technique, and body mechanics.
• CPR certified.
• Positive, motivating, and effective interpersonal communication skills.
• Self-starter that just gets a job done.

Responsibilities

• Coach kids aged 15 months to 8 years old.
• Lead classes on Weekdays mid-mornings and evenings; weekends from 8 AM through lunchtime.
• Flexibility to adjust schedule based on studio needs.
• Possible opportunity to increase hours through private coaching sessions.
• Engage with parents to explain curriculum and progress.
