Job summary

EXOS in Waltham, MA is seeking a dynamic Group Exercise Instructor to lead engaging fitness classes for members at all levels. You will design workouts, ensure safety, and motivate participants to reach their goals.

The ideal candidate holds a current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA/ACE/ACSM/NETA) and CPR/AED, with at least one year of group class experience, plus strong communication and adaptability to create inclusive, high-energy sessions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience actively leading group exercise classes.
• Current nationally accredited group exercise certification (AFAA, ACE, ACSM, NETA) required.
• Current CPR/AED certification is mandatory; First Aid certification is strongly preferred.
• Instructors teaching licensed/branded formats must be trained and licensed to teach those formats.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to motivate and inspire individuals in a group setting.
• Passion for fitness and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
