Job summary

Arch Telecom is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Retail Team across its network of stores. You will embody the Arch Telecom brand, drive strong customer relationships, and manage daily store operations to meet sales goals.

You will educate customers on devices and services while coaching teammates to deliver superior service. The ideal candidate has wireless sales experience, leadership capabilities, and a passion for customer education in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED.
• W​ireless sales experience preferred.
• Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, online, via Customer Care, or in-store.
• Provide hands-on demonstrations of the latest technology in-store while exploring individual needs.
• Oversee store functions to meet or exceed sales goals, including sales, inventory, and store programs.
• Lead by example, selling to find personalized solutions beyond core devices and service plans; include accessories and IoT devices.
• Ensure the store is always at its best.
