Job summary

Mindlance is seeking a Web Programmer to build websites, emails, and banner ads, delivering solutions in a fast-paced environment. The role includes preparing project documentation for medical, regulatory and IT review.

Responsibilities include converting designs from Figma or Adobe Creative Suite into responsive assets, authoring content in AEM, and collaborating with the creative team to ensure regulatory and IT review readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline.
• 3 years of experience building websites or other HTML-based projects.
• Experience with a server-side scripting language such as .NET.
• Experience with content authoring in AEM.
• Experience with Veeva Email and CRM modules a plus.
• Be able to learn new platforms and processes quickly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Build websites, emails, and banner ads.
• Prepare project documentation for medical, regulatory and IT review.
• Create responsive websites from provided designs and functional requirements.
• Develop animations, navigation, and other interactive elements.
• Create animated HTML banner ads using DoubleClick Studios and Google Web Designer.
• Develop knowledge of department, company, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with designers and creative managers.
• Follow department workflow process and work well in a team.
• Stay up to date with current technology and apply learnings to improve development methods.
