Job summary

ENPOINTE is seeking a Variable Web Operator for the 2nd shift in Brooklyn Park, MN. This role focuses on the HP-T240 press, set-up, operation, monitoring, and maintenance to ensure high-quality output while minimizing waste.

The operator will load/unload files, calibrate color, and work with the Hunkeler Gen 8 finishing system. This is a non-exempt, hourly position with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Requires ability to read and understand job tickets.
• Requires mechanical and technical aptitude with computers and file transfer/setup.
• Experience operating finishing machinery in a high-speed environment.
• Demonstrates problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand job tickets.
• Load files on and off the DFE.
• Set up machine operation info per job ticket.
• Monitor machine operations and adjust as needed.
• Calibrate press for color accuracy.
• Operate finishing system and run it proficiently.
• Maintain high quality and minimize waste.
• Communicate with team to ensure production goals are met.
• Troubleshoot machine faults and maintain run speed.
• Follow safety rules and procedures.
