Job summary

Spectrum 360 A NJ Non Profit Corp. seeks an Aquatic Fitness Instructor to lead safe, engaging water fitness classes aligned with YMCA standards. You will conduct dynamic sessions, adapt routines, and prioritize participant safety to help members achieve their fitness goals.

The role requires CPR/AED and First Aid, plus an AEA certification, and offers opportunities to contribute to program development while working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid certifications (American Red Cross).
• Must have an AEA Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging, safe water fitness instruction based on YMCA standards.
• Instruct dynamic, inclusive classes and monitor participant safety.
• Maintain attendance records and communicate with supervisors as needed.
• Be flexible with hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Support program operations and member services as required.
