Job summary

U.S. AutoForce, a division of U.S. Venture, is seeking a warehouse associate to load and stock tires and auto parts. You will operate a forklift, use RF scanners, and support inventory control in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires lifting up to 80 pounds, working at heights, and occasional overtime. Benefits include medical coverage from day one, weekly pay, and a 401(k) with employer match.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year of warehouse/logistics or relevant experience.
• Ability to safely lift 50 pounds consistently and up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to exert a pushing force up to 40 pounds when handling barrels/tires.
• Able to work at heights of 25 feet while operating equipment.
• Follow safety policies and regulations; pass forklift certification.
• Willing to work overtime as needed.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stock tires and auto parts using forklift or picker equipment in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Use scanners to locate and store tires and assist with inventory control.
• Lift 50–80 pounds consistently; team lifts for heavy tires or use mechanical aids when needed.
• Push up to 40 pounds when handling barrels and industrial tires.
• Work at heights up to 25 feet; operate equipment safely.
• Stand and move for extended periods; overtime may be required.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures and participate in safety programs.
• May assist other departments (ecomm, inventory, will call) as needed.
