Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires experience supervising warehouse operations and safety compliance.
• Experience leading teams of 15+ associates preferred.
• Exposure to WMS and performance coaching a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day shift operations in one or more warehouse areas.
• Manage daily activities of Warehouse Associates in order fulfillment.
• Instruct on quality, safety and sanitation practices.
• Develop PDPs for employees; provide coaching and feedback.
• Monitor KPIs: Safety, Retention, Productivity, Budget, Quality (Shrink).
• Conduct safety, quality and audits and document findings.
