Arvato is hiring motivated and dependable Warehouse Associates to join our operations team in Kentucky. You will be a key part of delivering high‑quality products by picking, packing, assembling, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of previous work experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent Education.
• Stand, bend, stoop, lift, and walk majority of your shift.
• Ability to work in a non‑climate controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble custom kits and pick/pack orders.
• Determine whether finished product meets quality standards for customers.
• Work independently with a sense of urgency and purpose.
• Make decisions based on workload and deadlines to meet shipment schedules.
• Follow returns disposition playbook.
• Maintain neat and orderly workspace.
• Input data using SAP/ERP and related systems.
• Perform any other tasks as directed by the supervisor.
