Job summary

NAPA Auto Parts is seeking a skilled Warehouse Distribution Center Associate to join our growing team in Kentucky. You will handle receiving, replenishing, picking, and loading products, while troubleshooting issues that arise in daily warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include unloading inbound shipments, counting and storing products, and ensuring accuracy of both inbound and outbound shipments. You will also uphold safety standards and KPI targets as part of a dynamic, hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull 300 pounds with aids.
• Bend, twist, squat, climb, and reach as needed.
• Basic math to identify product quantity.
• Read and recognize alphanumeric sequences.
• Operate a computer and RF scanning equipment.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and unload them safely.
• Count products, compare to manifest, and sign for inbound shipments.
• Pick orders and transport to shipping locations.
• Ensure accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments and report variances.
• Maintain inventory records and stock rotation.
• Adhere to safety, housekeeping, and security guidelines.
• Meet productivity targets and track KPIs.
• Identify and solve daily warehouse issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
