Job summary

Hollingsworth is seeking a hands-on Supervisor to lead daily USPS container processing shift in Auburn, WA. This role focuses on safety, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction while fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

You will coach hourly staff, allocate labor and resources, monitor KPIs, ensure compliance with USPS and Hollingsworth procedures, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of leadership or supervisory experience in manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, logistics, or production operations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop employees.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop hourly employees to build a high-performing team.
• Direct shift operations to achieve production goals and customer expectations.
• Monitor daily KPIs and driveContinuous Improvement initiatives across safety, efficiency, quality and cost.
• Promote safety and ensure OSHA and company policy compliance.
• Complete daily production reporting and maintain accurate records.
