Factory Motor Parts in Lowell, MA, is seeking an energetic Operations Associate to thrive in a fast-paced warehouse. You will accurately pull orders, stock shelves, and maintain organization while communicating with customers.

Responsibilities include inventory cycle counts, handling hazardous materials properly, and possibly delivering parts with a company vehicle as per location needs. Prior warehouse experience and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or better.
• Previous warehouse experience is required or preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record preferred.
• Positive work ethic and high attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with management and customers.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Stock shelves as inventory arrives.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Ability to write customer returns accurately.
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Delivery of parts using company vehicle as needed per location.
