Job summary

Factory Motor Parts Co. is seeking an energetic Operations Associate for our Lowell warehouse to support fast-paced operations and provide excellent service to customers.

You will pull orders, assist with inventory, stock shelves, and help maintain a safe, organized workspace. You must have warehouse experience, be at least 18, hold a valid Class C or D license (preferred), and show strong attention to detail and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• 18 years of age or older
• Valid Class C or D license with a Clean Driving Record Preferred
• Positive work ethic
• High attention to detail
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers
• Previous forklift experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders
• Participate in inventory cycle counts
• Stock shelves as inventory arrives
• Maintain warehouse organization
• Professional communication with customers
• Ability to write customer returns accurately
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials
• Performs other duties as assigned
• In addition to the Warehouse duties, this position may be responsible for the safe, timely and accurate delivery of customer's automotive parts to their location using a company provided vehicle; per location needs.
