Qualifications

• Basic pallet jack operation and handling
• Ability to perform loading/unloading tasks
• Knowledge of basic safety and maintenance procedures

Responsibilities

• Take orders from supervisors for order picking activities
• Assist in loading and unloading items from delivery trucks
• Prepare pallets for handling objects appropriately
• Perform pre-checks on electric pallet jacks to ensure proper working order
• Perform minor troubleshooting when needed
• Ensure pallet jacks are maintained on a periodic basis
• Pick orders from storage areas and verify accuracy
• Count items and report damaged goods
• Operate electric pallet jack to move items to labeling/quality control
• Box and label items correctly
• Transport items to delivery pallets safely
• Report unusual incidents or accidents to supervisor
• Remove empty containers from picking areas
• Replenish pick locations
• Label, sort, and store picked products
• Assemble containers and maintain supplies and equipment
