Staff Management | SMX is seeking an Inbound and Outbound Warehouse Associate in Henrico, VA. The role handles receiving, sorting, storage, picking, packing, and shipping high-priority orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.

The position offers full-time or part-time slots with multiple shifts (day and night). Eligible employees receive paid training, benefits, weekly pay, and options for direct deposit or Cash Card payroll.

Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, and organize incoming shipments
• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment
• Load and unload trucks and pallets safely
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.) if trained/certified
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned
