Job summary

Staff Management | SMX in Newark, OH, is looking for dependable Warehouse Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping products. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

Shifts include A/B: 6:45 am- 7 pm; C/D: 6:45 pm-7 am. Starting wages: $16-16.50/hr (A/B) and $17-17.50/hr (C/D).

Qualifications

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Willingness to learn and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks and pallets safely.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and records.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) if trained/certified.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Assist with other general warehouse duties as assigned.
