Job summary

Staff Management | SMX is seeking applications for future General Warehouse Associate roles in Front Royal, Virginia. This position offers a pay rate between $18.50 and $20.00 per hour based on shift and role. You will be loading and unloading trucks and maintaining inventory in a safe warehouse environment.

Staff Management | SMX is currently accepting applications for future General Warehouse Associate opportunities in Front Royal, Virginia. Pay rates vary by role, shift, and assignment.

Employment Types: Full Time.

Pay Rate: $18.50 - $20.00 / hour

Duties:

• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments.

• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.

• Label, scan, and track inventory using warehouse systems

• Move products to designated storage or staging areas.

• Maintain accurate inventory and report any discrepancies.

• Operate basic warehouse equipment (Pallet Jack, Scanner, etc.)

• Keep work areas clean, organized, and hazard-free

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.

• Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals.

Requirements: Background Check, Drug Test, Must be at least 18 years old., required education: HS Diploma or GED.
