Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certification preferred for Level I; required/strongly preferred for Levels II & III.
• Basic computer skills for Team Lead roles.
• Warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move products from the warehouse floor to the dock for shipment.
• Load garage doors, track, hardware, openers, and related products into trailers and trucks.
• Lift, stack, secure, and organize materials for safe transport.
• Use pallet jacks, carts, forklifts, and other warehouse equipment.
• Ensure every shipment is accurate and damage-free."
• Keep the dock and warehouse organized, clean, and safe.
• Follow safe lifting and loading procedures.
