Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking a dependable Warehouse Associate to support shipping, receiving, inventory control, and order fulfillment in a fast-paced warehouse environment. This temp-to-hire role requires safety awareness, basic math and data entry, and the ability to operate or learn forklifts, overhead cranes, and other warehouse equipment.

The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and efficient material handling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Ability to learn warehouse operations, safety procedures, and business processes.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory is a plus.
• Able to read, write and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Unload incoming materials, tools, and equipment from vendor shipments and inspect products for quality standards.
• Stock, organize, and transfer inventory to designated warehouse locations (bins, racks, shelves, storage areas).
• Label and identify materials to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Assemble customer orders and package according to specifications.
• Pull orders for delivery and warehouse transfers.
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and other equipment.
• Prepare shipping documentation for UPS, LTL, air freight, and other carrier shipments.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in warehouse management systems and data entry platforms.
• Follow company, customer, OSHA, and safety guidelines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Support additional warehouse projects as assigned.
