Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our retail location by compiling orders, replenishing merchandise, and assisting customers with questions. The role includes inventory checks, forklift operation, and moving merchandise to vehicles.

This position can be full-time or part-time and emphasizes safety and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Base pay starts from $15.10 per hour with higher starting pay based on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Knowledge of basic math skills.
• Warehouse experience.
• Customer service experience.
• Experience with heavy machinery and forklifts preferred.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure.
• Completion of forklift certifications through F&D.
• Drug test may be required where permitted by law.
