Job summary

Bob Evans Farms, Inc. is seeking an experienced shipping and receiving associate to support daily Cross Dock operations at our Columbus, Ohio facility. You will follow policies and laws while moving goods efficiently and accurately.

You will confirm receipt of shipments, prepare items for shipping, load and unload trucks, and maintain inventory records. The role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Forklift and pallet-jack experience.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and more frequently.
• Ability to identify and resolve issues as they arise.
• Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines; ability to prioritize.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Carries daily Cross Dock responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws.
• Confirm and record the receipt of shipments; oversees packing, mass receiving, mass shipping.
• Preparing all items for shipping, prepare and receive shipments, load and unload trucks.
• Manages inventory control
• Fast paced shipping and receiving responsibilities
• All other duties as assigned.
