Job summary

Ampacity is seeking a Distribution Warehouse Associate to keep our supply chain moving—receiving, storing, and shipping inventory accurately to ensure orders reach customers on time. The role offers growth opportunities, forklift familiarity is a plus, and a fast-paced environment with safety emphasis.

Candidates should have warehouse or shipping/receiving experience, strong attention to detail, and reliability for up to 50 hours per week. OSHA 10 is preferred; health and safety are prioritized.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, distribution, or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Experience operating a forklift is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail, especially documenting inventory and labeling shipments.
• Ability to follow directions and established procedures accurately.
• Comfortable with physical, hands-on work and repetitive tasks.
• Reliable and able to work a full schedule, including up to 50 hours per week.
• OSHA 10 certification preferred.
• Understanding of inventory tracking and shipping/receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Carry out the logistics of receiving, processing, storing, and shipping inventory in line with purchase orders and shipping schedules—from incoming stock to outbound parcels.
• Collect merchandise from the distribution center and safely transport it to the shipping bay.
• Receive and document incoming deliveries and returns.
• Maintain accurate inventory records for all merchandise entering or exiting the warehouse.
• Flag missing, lost, or damaged materials to your supervisor immediately.
• Pack and label merchandise securely for shipping.
• Scan labels to confirm products are routed to the correct destination.
• Handle all merchandise with care.
• Help train new team members as needed.
