Job summary

Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA Auto Parts Warehouse is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to support receiving, replenishment, picking, and loading activities. The role involves troubleshooting and solving problems across tasks to keep operations flowing efficiently.

You will handle inbound shipments, verify quantities, and ensure accurate inventory records while adhering to safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand and walk for the full shift.
• Basic math skills to identify quantities and counts.
• Ability to read alphanumeric sequences on labels and manifests.
• Proficiency with computer systems and RF scanning devices.
• Experience with RF scanning equipment is a plus.
• Ability to learn and operate warehouse equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound shipments and verify accuracy against manifests.
• Unload and move product to storage locations.
• Pick orders and deliver to shipping areas.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and rotate stock.
• Keep work area clean, safe, and organized in line with safety policies.
• Meet productivity standards and track relevant KPIs.
• Identify and resolve issues during daily warehouse operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
