Job summary

Diamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a reliable, organized, hands-on Warehouse Associate to keep field teams stocked and our warehouse running smoothly. You’ll ensure tools, equipment, and materials are available when needed and support inventory accuracy in a fast-paced setting.

You’ll work with forklifts and basic computer inventory systems, participate in counts, and coordinate with multiple teams to resolve shortages while upholding safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Warehouse, logistics, or material-handling experience is a plus
• Fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Basic computer/inventory system skills are helpful
• Forklift certification—or willingness to get certified
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Able to pass a background check and drug test

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for jobs
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Keep inventory accurate and organized
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Help with inventory counts and audits
• Work with field teams and other departments to solve shortages or discrepancies
• Assist with deliveries and pickups when needed
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
