Job summary

Diamond Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical is seeking a reliable, organized Warehouse Associate who keeps the warehouse running by ensuring field teams have the tools, equipment, and materials they need.

You will receive, inspect, and put away materials, pick and stage items for jobs, and assist with deliveries while helping keep inventory accurate, safe, and well organized. Forklift certification is preferred; background check and drug test are required.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse, logistics, or material handling is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
• Pass background check and drug test.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming materials
• Pick, stage, and prepare materials for jobs
• Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks
• Keep inventory accurate and organized
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse
• Help with inventory counts and audits
• Work with field teams and other departments to solve shortages or discrepancies
• Assist with deliveries and pickups when needed
• Follow safety procedures and company standards
